Quy trình yêu cầu thay đổi (Change Request)

Change Request Process

Mọi thay đổi hệ thống phải đi qua quy trình:

  1. Gửi CR Form: Mô tả thay đổi, lý do, impact analysis
  2. Review: Technical review trong 2 ngày làm việc
  3. Approval: Cần phê duyệt từ Project Manager và client representative
  4. Scheduling: Lên lịch trong maintenance window (Thứ 7 hoặc CN)
  5. Implementation & Testing: Thực hiện và UAT
  6. Closure: Đóng CR sau khi client confirm
